Imo Neeko is better cuz she has less bugs than Veigar and i think Neeko is much better to play.

caith is best adc. then vayne veigar all the way, because it scales into late game soo good. just beware that there is a big gap inbetween your cooldowns where you can only autoattack, so you're very weak in that gap

veigar is a one shot hero but neeko is fun
