what do you guys do after work to relax?

i'm a freelancer and i work in my bedroom

when i'm burnt out about stuff i just turn off the computer and then lay down in my bed

when i'm burnt out about stuff i just turn off the computer and then lay down in my bed

I used to play video games for 15 years. Then after highschool i preferred watching [religious/non-religious/political..etc] stuff and watching shows/movies and learning how to be a bit social. Then in Work i started to prefer[sleeping/laying down] and looking for my mistakes and fixing them. Then before i quit my job i started to have interest in developing anything [to gain consistent satisfaction feelings every day], now i'm learning how to balance everything..

I usually watch TV but lately there is nothing much to watch, probably because of the covid shutdowns

watch television. not much going on to be honest
