Unity or gamemaker 3 it depends what you want to do

Unreal Engine 5 seems to be the next best thing, it's still on development but it's technologies are mind blowing

I'd probably suggest UE4, (If you have no Coding experience) since IMO The node system is a little easier to wrap your head around. But for the long run coding is inevitable so it pretty much depends on what you're trying to do.
