In my opinion the best mob in Minecraft has to be the creeper. It literally is the face of Minecraft, and I feel like the most iconic image/mob in the game!

aint sure about the name but it was probably sth like endermite or whatever. it was little cute purple thing like small enderman but in kinda mouse form
