I've heard that Bluehost has a good support team.

BlueHost has a better infrastructure, that's all I know about those. I tend to steer clear of those kinds of hosts though, they are usually overcrowding and support can be rubbish at times.

Or why look for another host when ShockHosting is here!? It is managed by Pulse!

EDIT: It look's down.

Yup, someone is attacking it, it's not located on the hosting nodes though. I don't have access to that server, so it's Shermy' problem.

But out of those 3 he provided, I think BlueHost is the best in terms of performance. I could be wrong, but an educated guess.

I agree, I use Shock Hosting. It's cheap and they have a pretty good support team.

Some offshore countries do not have DMCA laws, true. But all of them still have copyright laws, so things such as "Ceise and desist" still take effect.
