why did you started to workout?

me > my body is a shit, i was depressed but i'm possitive about life (i don't wanna die) but i won't do anything too

actually i'm just running (was pretty hard too) i'm introvert and don't like the idea of "let'srun in the street", but i'm not thinking when i do it, i run and i realize that i'm weak, my body is in fire when i finish and is like (i'm working and leveling up)

To have good energy. Every thing in your life will be better if your body and mind have good energy

Tired of being who I was so I had to do something. I was not healthy at all and I wasn't even that big but god damn did I notice the bad effects on my health. Working out made me so much happier, it's crazy to say but the "sore" feeling after a workout had me smiling.

Girlfriend and I do it as a couple thing, mostly for her self image and we just kept it up at this point.
