Looks like a scam to be honest. No whitepaper? They should get their act together, and actually bring something to the table.

If you have to tell people you are legit, you aren't legit.

I would throw a few dollars in there though I wouldn't count on it. It may be a ponzi scheme or something like it. I might try it.
