Yes, generally since it's an incredible loss of money.

You would have to mine on such a giant scale to gain profit

Mining with GPUs is definitely dead, but ASIC miners can still get the job done

It's not dead but not worth it running on a single computer in my opinion .. I think you more use and pay for electricity than you profit from mining ... Tongue

I think why prices are low lots of miners will be off unless you get free or cheap electric you are best just buying your coins at the moment
