i've used sony vegas pro for 4 years now and lemme tell you
its THE best editing software ever.

i would say hitfilm express. It gets the job done and is pretty good

Sony Vegas or Premier Pro ---------- on PC
VivaVideo Vedeoleap --------- on smartPhone

The best is shadowplay bcs the name is so good B)
Just test it

you can download Vegas Pro latest version for free and without malware on google

Davici Resolve is free but also pretty complete if you like editing and wish fore a good software

I have been using ShotCut for many years now and its pretty good free editing tool you can do a lot with it. Also, watch videos on YouTube learn some cool stuff and what you can do with the software,
