how do you get better in games

If you want to get better in gaming. play competitive matches, even if you suck you'll still get better playing with "pro" people.

Most of the time it does. If you play with people the same skill level as you. you'll most likely never get better. maybe play with people slightly better/higher rank than you.

I don't. I play sometime in CS but for a moment - everyone kill me instantly :D I dont even move my cursor and i am dead

Record yourself, watch the videos afterwards, compare your gameplay with pro's.
Use training maps, in csgo for example you can use the workshop aim maps to train you aim.
Before you go into an competitive match, not forget to warm up in dm or workshop maps. Helps a lot.
If after 3 Month nothing changes, try some hacks lol.

Keep calm and buy new headphones if ur is not so good

Thats most important in shooters like CSGO and PUBG

Sure we play games without simulators, like you do, so you are a grown up serious person not like us here, we are all skids in this community.
