Notepad++ and netbeans since i mostly use them for programming purpose else i will use openoffice or somethings like that for professional letters

the best editor for Windows is editpad
why?
- can open very large files
- can use as portable
- can direct open links by double click
- it's free for private use
- search and replace is very easy

there is a vim for windows as well, it can open large files and much much more stuff as well, but its a preference i guess nowadays.

I think Notepad++ is the best choice, becaue it has all necessary features

I use notepad++ and i can't say it's not feeding my needs for now so i'm not thinking about changing it anytime soon.

Brackets. an open-sourced program. It is easy to use and has shorcut functionalities.

I'm currently using visual studio code as my text editor, because it can satisfy my needs of c++ coding and
daily work.

Notepad++,and if you need to climb somewhere in the scripts, then of course sublime text 3.

I used to use Atom a lot but VSCode has been my favourite for a couple of years now
