sylas is best these times in my opinion he is carrying out the team if get some kills in early lol

defnitly teemo got to be the most broken mid champ one shot yorik and darios trust

dianna a lot of mobility so good to play, hard to beat amazing in team fights

it depends on what champion you like to play, most of the champions has the potenioal to be decent, but if you look for ranking and meta champion the answer is going to be different
