Laravel is always my best choice for beginners.
Symphony is nice to, you can check that as well

i think Laravel is the best one is This is it; thanks to Behat, Hooks and how easy it is to make Routes in Laravel, I can easily take care of a large percentage of what otherwise would be a tedious

I would recommend to use cakephp as it is a hell of a powerful system for PHP, it's extremely efficient and fast to build with. Any application will be up and running in a matter of days. I used it personally for 2 projects and both of them are serving thousands of users a day.

i used codeigniter, laravel , symfony, personally i prefer codeigniter

There is no doubt, the best PHP framework is Laravel. The documentation is just awesome. It has all the features you need.
