I've heard nitrous networks is good or just home network if you want it free

Setup a Virtual Machine on Google Cloud Console using their free tier and install MineOS in the cloud.

For me, the best free host to with your friends is aternos, but if you want to make a mini games server, you have to pay (sorry.)
