How to create a minecraft hosting for free? A friend told me that this is possible, but I don’t know what kind of hosting? Please recommend.

Hey if you are still looking for a hosting service try https://freemc.host/ it gives 3 free servers and starts you with 2gb ram. You can earn more ram by joining discord servers partnered with them. It's a pretty amazing service only catch is the downtime happens sometimes for free servers.

You technically have to start your own company to make a hosting service.
I recommend you make your own Minecraft server, there are dozens of tutorials on youtube about it.

You can host it yourself but you need to forward post (easy but you need to have router admin acces) or public free hosting https://aternos.org/:en/ or I think minecraft realms gives you a free month for a premium account

I'd recommend these host from past experience that I'ved used.

https://aternos.org/:en/

and

https://minehut.com

I really love minehut more as it offers a really good SMP server experience.

There's two options, you can setup a server on your hardware or get a free hoster online. the first option will use your hardware and take up ram space so you need a good enough pc to run it, you search on guides on how you can do this. The second won't use your hardware but it is definitely more easier than the first option there's some sites like aternos or minehut that allow you to host a server for free.

I'd recommend selfhosting a server on your computer, port forwarding is a pain so you can skip that with https://localhost.run, http://www.serveo.net/ or ngrok.
here's a full guide:
