Its REact with Typescript for me. ES6 helped it a lot and I enjoy that there isn't a magic box layer like ember has. Angular (insert latest number( would be my second choice

Vue.js because it's working very good with laravel. But reactjs is second. :D

Angular for me is the best. I think React its a little bit confusing.

me too i have been strugling to chose betwin angular and react ,
my only cosern about react js is if i can optimise it for SEO
BUT IN THE LAST DAYS I A HAVE BEEN SURE THAT I HAVE TO LEARN REACT JS

VueJS personally, simple and very scalable in my opinion because it's so organised. Hundreds can collaborate without major issues if they're separated into individual components

nice one..
big fan of reactjs.. learn once write everywhere says it all
So in addition to what has been ethused my fellow reactjs enthusiasts
react gives you the choice of getting into cross-platform mobile development (runs in both android and ios) via react native.. think about it.
you can easily get started using the expo framework since you probably don't have previous experience of native mobile development. and build things fast thanks to the huge community supporting react-native
so if you are good to go with react, you might consider giving cross-platform mobile development via react a try . .

VueJS is simple and very scalable. And jQuery is still very good and it has huge usefull libraries

jQuery, just because I use it for such a long time now, I know it really well.

I like ExtJS or MeteorJs. Useful for small projects but also scale really well. Both of them also can build hybrid apps for phones. Little bit of a learning curve, but the documentation and community is great.
