Favourite JavaScript Framework?

i would highly recommend angular !!
its powerfull architecture strong bindings and typescript makes it a tailored beast in modern web developement !

Trying to get an apps that will work thoroughly in other to give my website the best meaning using the javascript framework

In windows for C # I suggest Angular. One of the most powerful, efficient, and open-source JavaScript frameworks is Angular. This framework is operated by Google and is basically implemented to use for developing Single Page Application (SPA). It extends the HTML into the application and interprets the attributes in order to perform data binding. Adding that this is good educational information as well: JSFuck is an esoteric and educational programming style based on the atomic parts of JavaScript. It uses only six different characters to write and execute code.

It does not depend on a browser, so you can even run it on Node.js.

React.js is popular in Web community for rather big period and its popularity is s table during last years. So it is perspective to learn it

i prefer NodeJs so far, also Angular it's a pretty cool tools

Great choice, Angular is amazing. I've personally not tried Vue.js yet but my favourite is React.js.

I would say angular too
I use react inly for react native but I still prefer angular
