HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I have to sleep at least 6 hour. i love my heath.

Around 6 hours on average, more in the weekend, I should get more sleep

I usually sleep for like 7-8 hours but currently I'm sleeping for like 4 hours a day

not enough i find myself getting maybe 5 to 7 hours a sleep on average the worlds a mess right now and so am i

To be honest, it depends for me. Sometime's I will sleep for 10 hours, others 5. Sometimes I dont sleep at all. I struggle to fall asleep every night lol.

some times i sleep a lot and soem times i sleep only 3 ar 4 hours a nite. some times my dog wakes me up and i have to put her back to bed.

Lucky if I can get four hours a day. Shift work totally ruins how much sleep one can get.

About, 11, I don't sleep at night, which is something that is in need of fixing, and I can't stay awake through the day.
