12 bc i dont like going to bed so i make myself pass out of exaustion

No matter what time I sleep, whether it's 9PM or 5AM, I always sleep 8 hours a day

I sleep about 6 hours a day, even tho i wake up every 2 hours

3-4 is way too low, sleep at least 7 hours a day. I personally sleep for about 6 hours.

I try to have at least 7h but sometime less. I don't feel too much tired during the day

I usually get a shit ton of sleep like 9 hours. Im a lazy fk

lol I am the same. 3-4 hours or so and I'm good to go. Sleep is for the weak haha.

I try to maintain an average of 8 hours with a maximum latency of 1 hour.

5-6 hours but when I sleep more I'm tired :sip: :lol:

I usually sleep around 8 hours. I go to bed early and I get up early. Doctors are saying this is the healthiest way.
