It is not. I think the every patch of the game they introduce new things to the game. The only difference on starting now than starting before is the difference in experience. And you can learn that experience by watching videos on youtube and practicing on AI.

ive also started playing LoL recently and i dont think its too late. Now is probably a great time because of how many resources for new players exist online. but its good to play with friends because even when you lose you still have a good time.

it's never too late to start lol especially since this season they have facilitated the creation of builds with the recommended items

My guy, it is never too late to start league of legends. There are always new players joining the rift and with the help from the supportive community you will be as good as everybody else maybe even better in no time

Not at all, the playerbase is still huge. But because the game is older the average skill level is also higher
