With the release of v4, I feel like this brings Nulled into a new era and it has been a good bit of time since certain sections of the community has seen love. In particular, the stickies that hold important information regarding that sub-forum or the community as a whole. Most of these posts are multiple of years old and are in need of serious updating. If new users are to come in and attempt to navigate the community and potentially consider joining for the long term, it will help sway them if they don't feel lost and the community is dead. Sure, a sticky thread with a ton of posts shows that a thread is "active" but it doesn't mean it is active right now. Another point with these posts are the users who originally posted the thread are more than likely no longer active. That's not to say they won't come back, it just seems they need to be cleaned and re-posted. Of course, if a sub-forum has a sectional mod that mod can be in charge of updating these posts. As for the sections that don't, it might be better off if a staff member (or bot) posts the og post.
There is a few other things around the community that go hand and hand with the sticky posts that could use some attention as well, but I will save that for another post.

As I see it, they need to be rewritten completely by someone that handles v4 already well enough.(looking at the beta testers)
Yeah, having some documentation on the new theme and how even some old features have changed could be helpful. As far as certain sub-sections like anime and gaming, the revival of those in my eyes should be a collaboration between the staff and community members. By that I mean, section mods, active users, and staff get discuss events like game/anime night, giveaways, tournaments, posting events, stream. Anime and Gaming in particular I feel have good potential to keep people here.
https://nulledbb.com/awardrequest.php - this one is not a sticky but is what one of the sections link to, if you notice the page is not formatted correctly and is all docked to the left side.
There was a few that were just posted by inactive users, although those are not really a problem. If you would like though I can gather a list of them as well.
