easy jungler ?

i recommend Master Yi and Rek'Sai ! both are easy to play and Rek'Sai has cc

Warwick is easy af m7 on two accounts

Climb with graves jg he is really good and is often underestimated.

Lee Sin quite strong and easy to play but if you played you should have know-how to kick people backward

Warwick is THE jungler for beginner as he has very few mechanics and can heal on the creeps (making the jungle pretty safe).
On a rule of thumbs the tanks jungler (zac, nunu, hecarim...) are pretty easy because they have cc and will not die easily when they gank (but will not make a lot of damage ofc).

Warwick is definitely easy jungler as i know in game.

Nocturne tank is the best jungler of this patch

Master Yi or Nocturen, try them, easy controll

Kha Zix is very easy if you know his damage, you can surprise most people by bursting them down and snowballing

In my opinion, Warwick, Sejuani, and Volibear (now that he's getting a buff), tanks are pretty forgiving mechanically so that's why I think those are the easiest junglers to learn the basics of the role, like pathing, when and how to gank, objective and vision control, etc. Hope this helps.
