what character is the easiest jungle to start playing?

Teemo or Nocturne are quite easy jungle champions, either that or kate

tbh Shyv is nutz right now. Should give it a try. (AP and AD/tank both work pretty well.) just focus on clearing the whole jungle once and then start ganking. You'll be so far ahead in levels.

Maybe not the easiest but definitely the most fun is Hecarim, though it might be out of meta right now

Hec is easy. nice and easy clear and good gap closer. nice ult too

I always thought Nunu was a great jungler and is super tanky. The slows/CC he gives is huge for ganking.

Xin zhao is probably easy to start off with, no big bad mechanics to keep an eye on

Ummm i think that Rammus, Amumu, Nunu maybe, Vi are the most easy champs to learn in jungle.

Definitely Master Yi, you can basically play him with one hand.

Master Yi is always easy. Just don't pick into cc heavy compositions.
