McDonalds Hhealthy?

mcdonalds is not healthy in any way shape or form

Its good but its probably not the best food for an every day type food.

Definitely isn't healthy but I will eat it every once in awhile I try to limit myself from it though

Nah, i mean its Mcdonalds like what? So no i dont think its healthy.

It's been a long time since I was at mcdonald's. I started to eat vegetarian in januari so there's no real reason for me to be there. Maybe I'll have a mcflurry again in the summer.

Guys, tell me what do you think, how many times per month max can You eat McDonalds to not ruin your health?

I think that McDonald's is just like any fastfood, it's not the most healthy thing but you can eat some just not everydays.

There are alternative healthy-ish items on their menu that differ with your opinion.
