I worked at mcdonalds, literally nothing is healthy its all processed and frozen, has a tons of oils, chicken fish o fillet and fries are the biggest offenders

I go to Mcdonalds when i will. I dont like the food much, but after work, its fast and not that bad for the price

The question is a bit vague. What does "healthy" mean? I think you can have anything from McDonald's as long as it's part of a balanced diet. It sounds cliche but it's true. If you're asking whether you can have a Big Mac and fries for breakfast, lunch & dinner I'm heavily inclined to say no since the average person doesn't need that many calories not to mention the amount of saturated fats and sodium.
