WHY GMOD BECOMED UNPOPULAR?

I'm playing on rus servers and as I can see we don't have such a problem

I see gmod getting unpopular because there isn't really any new content being created in terms of addons or gamemodes

Grew out of it I guess, I got over 1 000 hours in GMOD and used to own a GTA RP server with a friend on it. Only reason I used to play it was because our server had something unique and wasn't just another copy-paste of DarkRP. All the servers feel exactly the same right now, I just cannot get into the game anymore.

I don't like streamers, but it's hilarious when they throw temper tentrums and rage

yes unfortunately gmod era is ending. but it never late to start playing in other games simillar to gmod gamemodes. for example you can play some sa:mp or fivem instead darkrp

Monotony, no one wants to do something, everyone takes a ready-made assembly and that's it

In my opinion, this game has not lost its popularity, it is still played by about 40,000 people, and many people love it.

I prefer Gmod DarkRP since i have more freedom in it. You can build your own house, youu can furnish it however you like. On some servers the RP aspect can be literally the same as in FiveM but better. I dont thing gmod will die, it has a big playerbase now that wont leave it just cuz other games have better graphics or physics.

i wonder how darkrp'll hold up once S&Box comes out

I genuinely love this game, sad it's a little less popular.
