HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I have never slept enough in my entire life. every night is a challenge to lull this powerhouse of a temple.

Man, I don't get enough sleep. I get nearly 4.. 6 if I'm lucky.

Man I sleep up to 10-12 per day, I have a fucked up sleep schedule I do.

I usually sleep 7/8 hours. If i sleep less I get a bad mood :D

most of the time I get up after exactly 9 hours

Only around 7 hours. I sleep at 12 on a school day and wake up at 7

I need 8-9 hrs a day, otherwise I feel exhausted and have a hard time focusing when creating stuff and the whole day is a waste of time.

usually around 4-7 hours. at the weekend 3-6 hours

Usually I sleep 7-8... but whenever I get 9+ hours of sleep I feel amazing
