HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I sleep 10-15 hours a day

I think i have the worst sleeping schedule with lik 4-5 hours of sleep daily

i need at least 6 hours otherwise i cannot operate at all the next day

Since being stuck in, I've been spending a lot of time doing bust-sleeps, small amounts often.

6h minimum and 7h maximum. I just wake up after those 6h no matter what.

If i have night shift like now i sleep in job for 3-4 hours and at home around 4-5. At day shift i sleep lets say like normal persons from 23 to 6.

I don't sleep. I have been awake for 9 years. My eyes have not closed once. They are so dry now that if I were to close them they would turn to powder (my Dr. said so). Also I have hemorrhoids (I don't have hemorrhoids)

Usually, I get 8 full hours of sleep. But sometimes I have insomnia fsr. Im wondering if there's any way to fix it D:
