HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

i think 8 is good. but sometimes 6

For me the 4hr mark is do able but live tired af most of my time haha

I really can't live without a good 7-8 hours sleep, unfortunately sometimes i have to "stop living" due to work :(

last 10 days i sleep only 4 hours

i normally get about 6-8ish, just depends how much work i have to do

i sleed around 6-8hours a day, thats pretty much i think

I usually sleep about 7 or 8 hours

used to sleep 7 hours but now its getting less and less for me

8 hour is best time for sleeping
