HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I'm trying to improve this because I'm sleeping ~6 hours but I've a project very important and I'm a little worry.

About 7-8 hours a day I get in sleep.

I sleep about 6-8 hours at night

Im trying to get around 8-10 hours of sleep

between four or five, but It's at different times because I tend to work unusual hours both in the day and at night.

4 hours but usually 6 hours.

8-10 hours maybe, im such a lazy person

I struggle with sleeping - at least getting to sleep anyway.

I would say I sleep anywhere from 5 hours to 8 hours per day. That tends to be my sweet spot.

Any less/more I tend to be grouchy.

For the past 7 years generally about 3-4 weekdays & 5-7 on weekends.
