HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I have to sleep at least 6 hours, my head dizzy if less than that, then in the afternoon sleep 1 hour

Would love to sleep 8-9 but can only manage to get 6.
Staying up late and waking up early is a bad combination.
A power nap during the day is a must!

I can sleep anywhere between 6 hours and 15 hours per day. On rare occasion I have slept an entire day away

I am only sleeping like 5 hours a day...wish it would be more

At least one hour a day. But if you are very tired, then you can spend two hours. Just be careful with this)

i sleep 5-8 hours depending on how busy i am. not an ideal schedule, but i take naps to make up for it when i can.
