HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

usually 5-6, but on some days also less. work and private life make you very busy.

about 8 hours.. While not working about 12 hours

damn similar to me, and after i sleep 12+ hrs i hate my self for that :D

I sleep approximately 6 or 7 hours, I would like to sleep 8 but my work prevents me.

around 8 becauser my been time is 9 and I have to wake up everyone day at 7

7-8 hours of sleep for me daily

to tell the truth i have been sleeping very well until , sometimes i sleep between 8 hours and 12 hours , but there were days when i slept 2 hours a day , i think we need to rest to do good work the next day lol

I sleep about 3 to 6 hours but I really should change that but idk how to start.

I always try to sleep 7-8 but it always ends up being 4-5

It's almost as though I've seen a thread very similar to this one somewhere, the exact same..
