HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

around 7 to 8 hours is my norm during the week and 10+ on the weekends (catching up)

I try to get around 6-7h a day

7-9 hours it depends if it's a work night or not

I have to sleep at least 9 hours

recently like 3 lmao but normally like 6 or 7

i dont keep count. one day 2, the next 20

4 hours. definetely not enough for healthy life

i try to get more than 8, but sadly usually like 6

Any less than 6 and i cant do anything for the whole day

I have to sleep at least 6 hours, my head dizzy if less than that, then in the afternoon sleep 1 hour
