You both cant be depressed in a relationship, Someone has to be strong for the other. There has to be a rock or foundation. Everyone has depression, It's part of life, Some people have a more serious issue with it (mental illness) and yea the doctors can stuff them with medicine that "makes them happier" and just ends up drugging them out and stuff, Or they can talk to a counseler that doesnt understand them the way they want to be understood, From personal Experience, The only person that can help them is their self. But they need guiding (back to my mention about one person being strong) So all in all. I will answer your question with another question, Do you want to be that rock for her or no. Then again, Im with fady. I forgot my feelings a long time ago, so what do I know

I already am the 'rock' or so I'd like to think. I'm just usually not an open person, but I am with her is what I meant.
I keep my depression under wraps, for the most part.

Holding it all in, Pushing it into a tight little ball, Ignoring all those feelings, Then one day it all comes out and you break down, and you are left there wondering to yourself all these things, It could be better, It could be worse. but I wouldnt advise that

Again. I talk to her when it starts getting bad.
I'm her rock, she's mine. I guess that's the simplest way to put it.

I personally believe that she is causing too much stress and panic in your life that you really need. But it depends on how you feel.

Your relationship, objectively speaking, is unhealthy in my eyes. You shouldn't have to stress out for anybody else's life in the way of "Oh idk if she is going to kill herself today". That is just (in my eyes) not right.

But I do have to say that the fact that you open up to her, and you do immensely care about her. I would stick with her. You probably make her really happy too.

UNPOPULAR OPINION:

Leaving her might actually be the best thing for her. It might snap her back to reality and have her realize that her self-harm doesn't just harm herself, it harms other people.

But, it could backfire with her taking a jab at her jugular because of it.

I don't want to leave her.
She knows it harms other people. But, it is an addiction. And I don't think she meant for it to just be self-harm tonight.
