Optimized parameters for a good compromise between quality and performance.
I took the parameter of MM89 for the DOF which I reduced a bit. If you don't want the effect, simply replace "DOF=true" with "DOF=false"

By default, the parameter "PARALLAX_QUALITY =" must be equal to the size
textures used by your texture pack (resourcepacks),
but to avoid drops in FPS you can use the value below
(256 instead of 512 for example), the result is still very good.
