Advise to anyone who is having trouble ranking up, the main solution is find a few friends of equal skill, get a teamspeak server or discord is free, and prac together. its a team game you cannot solo carry. I am global, my smurf is DMG.. i probably lose just as many games as wins if i solo Q at this rank. Why? its a team game.. i have sometimes had the same sort of score as people far below my skill cap. you cannot carry a game where you have to eco every 2 rounds or you get shot from behind etc. Playing with friends who communicate is a massive advantage. when you peak a corner you dont just run around, you have a teammate pop flash you out so you dont get picked for example.

It can be hard to rank up if you solo q, it was harder to go from dmg > le than le > supreme but currently the ranking system is the best that it has been all year

I think, this is a good one.

My team has disbanded due to it. I really am not enjoying these Soloq matches

Do you actually believe that valve can make good ranked system? CS:GO not the only one game by valve that has bad ranked, there is also dota2. Actually I think they have enough resources to create a good ranked, but looks like this target not in the first things to do.
