Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator?

Photoshop in my opinion is much better

photoshop is for edits and photos. montages and etc. illustrator is more for illustrations and montages of catalogs, menus and etc.
personally, i like to create more in the illustrator.

Those are totally different programs so I think you need to choose the one who meets your needs. I prefer photoshop plus it was my first program ever so I specialized in photo editing and digital painting, but for printing illustrator is the best choice as it’s a vector program

Illustrator for graphic arts ! Photoshop for Pictures !

Both are made for some reason. Choose the app that fits your task!
Example: If you're a logo designer, to design logos you have to use Illustrator, after designing a logo to apply mockups you need Photoshop.
In apps like these, your imagination is the limitation, you can do anything want!

ps is easier and imo illustrator is only for vectors at least thats the only thing i use it for
