Why do people dislike minecraft

Minecraft's userbase is a conglomeration of prepubescent autists, so the average Minecraft player is thought of as such.

the news in the 1.9 and later is very bad. for pvp server etc

Minecraft is seeming like its a childish game, but it isn't.

Honestly, I think people just hate it becuase of, A) The minecraft youtubers, and how most of them are just way over the top, and B) There's a stigma attached to the game, that only young people play it and it's seen as such a childish game to play.

I think the community is pretty bad

I wouldn't say the gameplay itself is childish.

Honestly it was originally a really great indie game.

A lot of the reason people end up hating things like this is when they reach fanatical levels of attention, with toys and posters everywhere you look (think the Minion epidemic over the last few years).

If you shove something in someone's face long enough, it gets old.
