Refund Alibaba/AliExpress

This is how the dispute process works:

1) Dispute the product with the seller, state it's counterfeit and that you don't want to return the product.
2) Escalate the dispute to Alibaba/AliExpress
3) They will ask for proof, you can either: Use an image of the products logo (obviously edit it to look counterfeit), Customs Document, or proof it's counterfeit by talking to the brand themselves.
4) Receive the refund & you don't have to send the product back.
