I've used Laravel before, it's pretty good; however, there is a bit of a learning curve to it.

I've heard about every one mentioned n this post but the only one i've tried so far is Laravel, i find it very easy to use and well documented.

There are lots of good frameworks, but i prefer to code my own functions to only have what i need.

Laravel and Symfony Smile both cms have big communities.

Twig is amazing, for example, https://twig.symfony.com/, great for things that you really wanna do in a auto-compiling framework.
