Hmm... I'm using Laravel but Zend like another guy said is MVC and if you are familiarized with, then you should use Zend

I think it depends on what you need but i would choose laravel because its very easy to use and to learn.

Laravel is the best for me,,, But Code Igniter is the best for beginners,, If you are a beginner try codeigniter it has low learnig curv

Laravel looks pretty solid to me, also includes a lot video tutorials with laracasts
