How do you practise?

Workshop maps are the best, you can train your shooting skill or you can do grenades training and a lot more.

i also use some custom maps specifically for practicing aims.

Yeah.. always need new maps to show my skills..

There are hundreds of training maps, some better than others. I suggest browsing through and picking the ones you like and differentiate the ones that actually help you improve than the half-assed ones.
