I go on pistol only deathmatches (community server) for like 10-20 mins and then if I still have spare time before a comp I go on aim_botz and try and improve my times on the challenges (getting kills as fast as possible).

I usually go on the aimbots map and for like 30-45 mins i will switch through common guns and maybe to some drills. (fast peaking, flicks, etc.)

Everytime you start csgo before go play some competitive match open the mapAim_botz, enter and put some random bots and get ak-47 and kill how much you can in ashort time for 15 - 30 minutes after that you can play some competitive match m8. My friend do that, he was legendary eagle master. You realy need to spend a lot of time to be a good player on csgo.

aim botz map is the best and also just play is the best way to practice

Aim_Botz is usually most pros preferred map to train/warmup on. But if you want something else you could try Boomeo. It's a pretty cool website that helps you work on smokes/prefire spots/deathmatching. Although it costs money you can get it free for a week or two.

Go in FFA and kill all moving people with the gun you would train.
