Garry's Mod 2 (Ie. Sandbox) is currently being developed, so that will just take GMods place.

tbh I won't die for along time, it still has a strong and dedicated community

Don't wait for it, it probably will take a looong time to.

I don't think garrysmod will die, because the developer also said he's possibly working on a garrysmod 2

thanks, i think it will never die because u can make so many gamemodes you know?

It will most likely die in like 5 years or if something better comes out that can replace it.
