I play so many CSGO games ranked and top frag on all and i still don't rank up

can some one explain this to me cause i'v played so many games and i haven't ranked up yet!

Cause its valve innit. Nah but for real, on my smurf account I have purposely lost 15 games in a row and not deranked then proceded to win 2 and rank up. So the ranking system to me is utter bs

You must lear about ELO points, search on youtube "elo points counter-strike"

play 10 matches on csgo and you ranked play 2 matches on every days and win on first line

Lol I am Silver II, So. IDK, and I am not sure if I will rank up because most of time i meet cheaters that use the wall hack. And they're turkish!
