I play so many CSGO games ranked and top frag on all and i still don't rank up

#1 can some one explain this to me cause i'v played so many games and i haven't ranked up yet!

Nah but for real, on my smurf account I have purposely lost 15 games in a row and not deranked then proceded to win 2 and rank up. So the ranking system to me is utter bs
