I use Sublime Text it has all the packages I need. When I work with Node.JS I use Cloud9.

My principal IDE is PHPStorm from IntelliJ because I'm used to all of their software (especially Android Studio) and it's very complete and customizable.
But I also use Sublime Text as a second idea for quick modification !

Microsoft Visual Studio Code. Not a full on IDE but definitely, IMO, the best editor out there. Atom is a close second but VSCode processes instructions so much faster and has a huge community.

Brackets for HTML based projects, I like the clean interface and live preview and Visual Studio Code for Angular because of great support for TypeScript.

Sublime Text 3 for me. Just a great editor, not an IDE

+1 For ATOM.
I can recommend the Beautify plugins for it as well as the Icons Pack for different programming languages. Makes the editor look really cool when you different icons for each language.
