Implemented Ability to Steal Names.

If "Users who are perma banned" yes I agree. But not the inactive users. Specially those users who have requested vacation ban and came back after a year or more.

well, there is this kinda ppl which makes forum accounts with OG names, n then leave the forum, they should get warned first, after a specific time
with no answering, their names become available to steal.

No, you either come first with the name or you just find a new one.
I basically opened every account under usopp even if i dont use it because i wanted the username.
If i opened an account and for whatever reason i couldnt get on it for a year or so i wouldn't want my username stolen.
Perma banned users is a definate yes

I had the name killer and i went offline...
Also there are quite a bit of og userrthat have left for leak and are coming back.

Vacation ban is max 3 weeks.

I like the idea. The permanently banned username stealing is a go from me. I think inactive members shouldn't be allowed to just sit with a name which is essentially being wasted.
The inactivity period should be long though, like a year. If you can't log on like once a year, you clearly don't care about your username that much.
