How to be good?

The main thing is to play as a team, look at the map, improve your aim , good luck

something I am putting into practice is moving the cursor quickly to different points it has repetitively helped me in the aim

well why don't you go on videos for tricks you can learn tricks in there also if you want to make your aim better there was map for aim training

You need to play and learn use very good and diffucult weapons like AWP and just play Ranked

Training maps are good, but can become boring if you only do that. So try watching some tutorials on youtube, watch pro matches

Practice makes perfect You just have to play a lot and pick a few tips from the big ones

You can play with bots on level hard. Buy good mouse also.

Literally just practice. The only way you're going to get better is if you just play the game and practice. Sometimes watching the pro's helps because you kind of learn some of their techniques that'll help you in-game. Good luck and godspeed!

try to always hold angles and learn smokes and pop flashes on your favorite maps

I usually use workshop maps, train ur nades, mollys, smokes, flashes, movements and most importantly your aim
