ypu must play a lot of hours, and never dead JAJAJA good luck

Just practice man, queue in with friends and learn with them. Download some practice maps and do those too.

Training maps are good, but can become boring if you only do that. So try watching some tutorials on youtube, watch pro matches. And challenge yourself to try new things while playing matchmaking or in casual. DM helps a lot too.
